    hey guys!
i have started experiencing a weird problem with my acer display
basically, when i tun on my laptop, i see a black screen, and i have to adjust the position to be able to see my desktop. Furthermore, even if the screen moves a tiny bit, the computer display sort of freezes, even though the computer is running perfectly, the display just freezes. Also , sometimes it starts turning into some weird color. I had to adjust 10 times just to ask this question. I just wanted to know the problem and a possible fix. If it helps...my laptop is an Aspire 3618AWLMI intel graphics media accelerator, and is just over one year old.
    THANKS!

well it could be a number of things
the two that I can think of off hand are as follows:
    1. the GFX module is going bad
    2. the LCD is going bad

these are probably the worst case scenario options.
it could just be a bad driver or a faulty wire

    perhaps try calling up Acer.
