After i install dox 180.84.1, i saw in my epowermngmt the gpu slider is gone. Is it dox or i have something different? And my gpu clocks stuck at 275/550/200 which is low performance 3d, which should have been 169/300/100 (standard 2d) while i'm not doing anything. My idle gpu temp was 47-53C. Now it's 59-63C. Do i have to go to acer website and d/l the original driver? if yes, will my 8920 get decreased in performance? 10C increase is very considerable...

Yeah, using the Dox driver means any Acer modifications to the drivers are gone, like the empowerment slider.
Then again, ePower is just a front-end for the Vista power management.

You don't have to go back to the original driver. There's a ton of drivers out there for the 9500M GS - 175.61, a whole bunch of 176 drivers, and the newly-released 179.28 on nvidia.com.
