    dvd players and acer arcade

    i have this problems with acer arcade yesterday i saw the dvd of dawn of the dead with that program its widescreen and my acer its widescreen so i saw it in all the screen.Today i tried to see the scarface which its widescreen too but now i cant use the acer arcade program i insert the dvd and open arcade then cinema and its doesnt open.Any help?
    And is there any diference when the dvd is widescreen 1.85:1 and widescreen 2.85:1 cause the first i can see the movie in fullscreen without the black bars but the second i cant.
    And i cant see the dvd in fullscreen (without the black bars in windows media player,and with the arcade software i can see it correctly,why those that happend?
    And why i can hear louder an mp3 than a dvd with or without headphones?can i do something about that,does that happend to everyone,i have a toshiba and it hears louder than this one
    And in the settings tab in acer arcade it doesnt said anything in audio output as the first time i can choose from some options
    my laptop is and acer aspire 1691 15.4 widescreen as i can see the dawn of the dead widescreen without black bars
    Can anyone help me please??

    i have searched for updated audio drivers but i havent found none
