    does anybody know how to make the acer extensa 5620 region free?
    also does anybody else think the sound quality is poor on the extensa.

    may sound silly but what is the svideo socket for and why is the volume so low. does the bluetooth option work on the extesa 5620 thanks

    DVD43 is a realtime dvd decrypter for copying, try dvdregionkiller

    No, dvd43 also works for dvd playback. I use it to play all my old region 2 dvd's from when i was living in europe in my current region 1 dvd drive. Even though dvd43 doesn't make your drive permanently region free, as long as it's running, it basically is.
