    Hello,

I have recently bought eMachines 355 netbook N572G2 model and installed on it Windows XP SP3. Unfortunetly, I can't get any working WiFi drivers and because of that I am unable to connect to my home WLAN. I installed all drivers from Driver eMachines 355 Netbook for Windows XP | DriversTools , but in control panel there is a big yellow question mark next to 'Network controler'. I don't have icon of wireless connection in network connections. I searched for hours, but couldn't find any working drivers.
Anyone got sugestion what to do now? Reinstall system may help?

What is the card in question?
You software like PCWizard or AIDA32/Everest to recognize the hardware.
If that won't work- just open a service hatch and check what;s written on Wi-Fi card (it doesn't void the warranty)

PC Wizard 2012 shows Attansic (Now owned by Atheros) AR8152 v2.0 Fast Ethernet (the one that works fine i suppose) and Atheros Communications AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter.

    Try this driver.
It's Atheros Wi-Fi driver for multiple cards (supposedly including yours) meant for Win XP (version 9.2.0.462)

Well... Thanks, thanks and thanks again! It works fine.
Could you tell me how you did this? Seriously, I've tried for couple hours and couldn't find this driver!
    Thanks!
