    eRecovery not working

    My child turned off computer during update, Now have disk error.
    restore disk loads,starting windows logo starts, Acer eRecovery starts with ..please wait a moment...like 5min. then select language, then the problem.... everything is grayed out :mad: can only click exit. :(

    Hopefully it's not a disk error because disk error is hardware and not software. Restoring to factory setting is restoring software. You may have a bad drive.
