    hi, i have this problem

the blutetooth butten in front of my computer has broken,
the little switch inside is gone, i ripped it out because it was caput :p

well i used to have this app to enable and disable bluetooth in windows xp and vista but this app does not work in windows 7

it is a acer aspire 5052

and if anybody could tell witch to connections on the board i should short to enable bluetooth that would be nice to, because i will put on some wires :p

or an app that will work for win7

Wires will go to where the switch is :) (was) Is the board print damaged ?
Is it a "tact" switch with 4 legs ? These are momentary in operation, not latching.

the board print is not damaged :)
the switch was the one u slide to the side then the bluetooth would start

    you know

-------> then it would go back <-------------

yes it has 4 connections, and it was solderd with four other connections to hold the switch

I was thinking of press switches... like on my Aspire. Not slide switches.
You need to look at the print to be sure. As on the press type switches, connections may be in parallel just for mechanical security. I would still expect there to be just 2 wire that need to be momentarily touched to toggle the function (but can't be 100% certain without seeing :))
