    i having been trying to restore my acer 3050 laptop using recovery disk, the recovery process stops at 7% and gives the error 0xf0000024. help me out

    well does this sound familiar ?

    when you try to boot up your computer you get the message : ntdlr is missing

    if that is the case the file has been corrupted. you would need to do a complete fresh reinstall, not a recovery.
