    Yeps,

I reformatted (winXP Pro) installed all the drivers, everything works! except I don't get internet!

Can anyone tell me what to do?

There is no yellow mark at the ethernet controller, because I installed the driver!

I would suggest uninstalling the driver again, and looking for a newer version if one is available. It could be a software conflict caused by an erroneous installation. Try fiddling with the ethernet settings - maybe they are just wrong.
