    my scroll button will not actually scroll, it used to but somehow it has stopped. it's really driving me nuts and i tried installing the newest synaptics driver but it didn't work. i checked the acer website and couldn't find the right driver or any help. has anyone else had this problem? how did you fix it? any suggestions?

    btw. this all started when i changed to a new account in windows xp. the old account, which i started using the laptop with, scrolled just fine, but this one will not.

    please tell me this is not a case for reformatting the drive! i just got it the way i like
