    hi i need to update my bios on my 5672. can ne one give me a link and an explination of how to do it please.

    Flashing you BIOS will void warranty and if done incorrectly - you can fry your board and end up with a useless piece of plastic with wires sticking out of it :p
    Think it over a couple of times before you flash... If you do decide to do it, make sure that the manual you refer to is credible. Good luck.
