    hi everybody. i got a acer aspire 5101 and i need to get into the hidden partition so i can get the mbr and the e recovery password.because my e recovery on windows work but i don't got the right pass and its not 000000

    i tested:
    1 ptedit method. didn't work after reboot everything was back to normal
    2 diskpart the command set id=0b was not accepted
    3 linux method on both xubuntu and slaxx i got wrong fs type


    enyone having eny other ide???? :confused:

    i found a easy solution just get easus data recovery an select full recovery and then the hidden partition and viola the files can be backupt


    edit: no the master boot record is right i think. when i press f 10 a line blink but then nothing happens what shuld i do ? mark partision as active?
