    Hi.

    my 9920 has built in freeview, but subtitles come on by default and i cannot find a way to turn them off. :(

    I have tried every button on the remote, and checked all setting.

    can anybody help

    it`s an AVERMEDIA A310, built in.

    did anybody get a parts list, it` supposed to have video capture, and their is a socket on the back of the laptop, but i cannot find a cable???.

    I recevied an email from a Acer, saying that they know about the problem with the subtitles not being able to be turned off.

    And they are working on a fix with the hardware manufacturer.

    Just shows how much testing went on, when the miss a fault like this, mabe all acer technicians are deaf and like the subtitles on all of the time?

    i was trying to fix this problem a few weeks ago... nobody figured that the problem was because of the software that was "designed" for the unit. I dunno what the hardware manufacturer's R&D process involves but its seriously lacking in some departments.
