    does any one know any company or any one that sells the plastic parts for an acer aspire 2020 series? (screen bezel,the top cover around the keyboard etc..)
    my daugher decided to use my shyning laptop as a drawing pad with a screwdriver,let me tell you is not pretty,althougt its only cosmetic damage its doing my head in.tryed to call acer about it no joy 30 minutes in the phone waiting ,emailing them is hoppeless last time i tryed it took 33 days to receive a reply.help please,

    Well, I know that HP has a part store on their site, where you can get replacement parts for your laptop. Maybe Acer has something like that?

    Or, I would try ebay. They have everthing there!

    Acer does not seem to have a parts store perhaps they need to be contacted directly. I believe the Aspire 2020's case is identical to the Aspire 2000 series.
