Do you have an unknown device in device manager?

If you can't find the webcam entry in device manager
I have 3 possibilties for you to consider.
    1) Someone tempered with your computer and removed it.
    2) The connector is lose
    3) Webcam spoilt.
Either way you got to dismantle it

Try to doubleclick on the driver in device manager, and then press "Driver", and then update.
