    i have acer aspire laptop.it have build-in webcam(acer arbi cam 1.3 mp).i know how 2 coneect yahoo msg as a webcam.but i dont know,how 2 make a videos,using my acer arbicam.
    i can able 2 make a video clip using windows movie maker.but i want 2 know if possible 2 make video clips in explorer-acer arbicam?
    i can try explore ''my comuter''-acer arbicam.but there is no option 2 make video.there is only one option 2 get picture?
    plz gudie me.if i want insatll any other drivers 2 makr a video?

    I am having the same problem with my acer aspire laptop. I can use the videocam for skype but I can't work out how to use the cam to make video clips for podcasting. Suggestions please

    I can do it two ways on my Acer Aspire 5920:

    Open Acer Arcade Deleuxe (from start menu) then select "DV Wizard". The webcam should be listed as the default device, just select it and then click "capture to my computer".


    Alternatively, there is a program under C: Windows > SUYIN NB cam, then open Live Cam. That will record video as well, but you need to select the webcam under "devices", set the time limit under "capture", and set where to save the captured file under "file.
    This method is more complicated but they both work the same. Hope it works out for you!
