    hi , my laptop is an acer aspire 6920G. usually is having the Blue screen and the messages says to disable bios memory... i don't know if this is a resolve but i cant find this. where is it located?

    You should test your RAM memory for errors since it could be faulty...
    Also you can try installing fresh copy of windows and run CPU and RAM stress tools to check if they are causing blue screens...

    i tested the ram and it says its ok... imma check the stress tools. my laptop wont boot up if i turn it on plugged. if i plug the cord when starting it automatically shut off
