    how to reformat acer extensa 5635z

    when i try to reformat with windows xp, it will stop at windows starting up. .

    same in windows vista , it will stop when i click the install now button. .the error says no driver found etc. .

    anyone can help me here .

    my reason why im going to reformat it because i cant log.in to the windows vista home premium, which is pre install from purchase and i forgot to put the sticker at the back and i forgot where i put it. .
