    Hey guys anyone know of a good program for removing acer trash(game zone, empowering...etc)

    I manually removed all of my bloatware, but you could try PCdecrapifier and see if that does it for you...

    i like to take a RETAIL COPY of the WINDOWS OS and install a CLEAN OS instead of all the modified files ACER puts in thier installs

    Well at my laptop that are build around the end of 2006 , the Acer software looks great , and helpful .

    The Norton anti virus , has an optional install .
    And the only not Useful software was the " Microsoft Works " .

    If some one likes to create a list about of what are on the laptops of 2007 and 2008 , it would be a good idea .

    Because so far , by judging from my own Software (2006) , i do not see any bloat or trash .

    2006 .
    Acer emporium - power management - recovery - System info
    NTI CD-DVD
    NTI backup
    Acrobat reader
    CyberLink PowerDVD
    Microsoft works
    Norton anti virus (optional install)

    Thats my list , of legal and i could say useful software ..

    its pretty much the same but I hate that acer game zone

    guys thank you for your suggestions it really helped a lot :)

    My good friend if your inner goal are to gain few FPS more in gaming , by removing the software , your gain will be zero.

    I am saying this ,because many people thinks that way .

    Any way , i am happy for you , if you solved your problem.
