    Sadly, I do not know the REAL answer.

    It's not in the manual? Try with a program like Yahoo messenger? MSN messenger?

    On my 5102 there is an acer program called acer orbicam which when I run it, the camera "view screen" comes on and I can see what the camera is pointing at and also take pictures; but I don't know if your 3260 uses the same program. You can also turn it on like the previous poster said if you are using msn messenger or yahoo messenger.
