vista x32 will only see/utilize 3-3.5ish gb RAM, to use it all you would need a 64bit operating system.

Try laptopvideo2go for your geforce drivers.

Yes, if you want your OS to use all the 4gb, you should install 64bit but I don't think you will notice any difference (unless you are using very RAM demanding software). In order to notice the difference you have to jump to 6Gb or more. 32bit windows will see up to 3.5 gb that's why if you install 3gb or 4gb won't make any noticeable difference to your system.

Laptopvideo2go has all the range of nvidia drivers for 32 or 64 bit Windows XP or Vista and you will find in the forums many helpful 'How to' guides

ive downloaded the correct drives for my window xp 64bit geforce 9600gt, when i reboot into my xp os and extract the geforce drive in my E:/ Drive( the drive which has xp os installed in) and ran the geforce setup error comes up saying "The NIVIDIA setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit."
ive downloaded 180.42_geforce_winxp_64bit_english_beta.exe , 181.22_geforce_winxp_64bit_english_whql.exe and 18520_winxp64.exe they all doesnt seem to work and gives the same error, is there any solutions to this?
