    Hello,
    i am new user
    i buy acer 8920g.
    i try to install windows xp, but xp don't find my hard disk.
    Can you explain me the procdedure for sata drive or give me a link.

    follow the CD & INTERNET installation instructions... basically you must create a CUSTOM XP INSTALL CD using NLITE to embed the SATA drivers

    the SATA drivers on that page ARE CORRECT for your model.. as for other drivers... some may work...

    you best bet is to locate all the XP drivers for your hardware before you install XP.... it's hard to get net access when you have no XP network drivers.
