Hey guys, im working for a reseller and we took back a Aspire 3500 a few days ago, now they are asking me to change it back to it's default installation. But when i get in eRecovery, the default password 000000 has been changed.. anyway i can either get it by registry or reset it somehow? I do have access to the windows, but i just can't bring the system back to his default state and of course i don,t have the cd..

    thx for any future help

If your a reseller acer will give you what you need. Asking on these forums for a password crack is not going to get you anywhere.

It'd be just wrong for people to give them out, I would be pissed if my laptop was stolen and someone on here helped the thief get access to everything on the laptop and be able to use or resell it.
