    laptop AS5570-4438 - is it right choice?

    Hi,
    I am interested in buying a laptop and zeroing on Acer AS5570-4438 which is costing me CAD 649 + tax. It come with Vista home premium and have 1GB RAM with Intel core duo processor T2450.

    Is it a good choice for home use ? Does Vista hold good with 1GB RAM ?
    Is ACER stable,reliable name as far as notebooks are concerned? What about after sales service ? Please advice.
