    Hi,
Video of my laptop is flickering while lowering/raising laptop screen. Video is attached for your review.
Could it be due to bad video cable or something?

    Thanks

From the video I suspect cable. They're not too expensive, and there are disassembly guides on YouTube for your model to get to it.

I agree, looks like a cable and should be cheap and easy enough to do it yourself.
