Thanks for taking the time to explain:

    1. Your TV has VGA and not S-Video?
    2. Did you select the proper Input for your TV?
    3. Did you extend/choose the TV as primary display?

Well, you need to tell the software to activate the TV. You can do that by extending your desktop on it or by choosing it as a primary display.

You also need to make sure that the resolution being sent from the computer can be suported by the tv. for example. i have a sony bravia which can take various resolutions and an aspire laptop that can do resolutions so high that the bravia cannot support them. in instances like this the bravia will display the No Signal message.

you can setup the dualview, clone or extended desktop in the display properties in windows. just have to find the right tab. But it is definitely under display properties. i.e. right click on your desktop.

Sorry for not being able to assist you. I had some issues with my laptop  . As the previous poster said, you have all the options needed in the video driver control panel.
