hi folks i just bought a acer aspire v3 771g 2 days ago from pc world for £900. basically the c key on keyboard has come loose ( quite a lot of play in it can tilt forwards very far and even sounds loose when u press it) is there any way to reseat it or should i take it back to pc world and either get them to fix it or demand a refund? im actually thinking of asking for the money back on grounds if the key is coming loose after 2 days then the machine cant be up to much build quality wise.

I wouldn't bother trying to re-seat the key (unless it's obvious how to do it).
If you break something while trying to do so they will claim it was your fault to start with.

I'd ask for replacement unit or money back if you don't trust the quality of v3 anymore.
