When I plug my cameras sd cardinto the reader on the side it used to come up automatically and ask me if I wanted to view or import my pics or videos.Today when I put the sd card in the reader it made the clunking sound that it usually makes telling me that it's in properly, but nothing came up on my screen asking me if I wanted to view or import. I opend Auto Play and set it to view and import automatically and saved changes.still nohing. What else can I do to make this work like it's supposed to?

is the card reader showing in al the right places, like my computer, device manager ?
mine did the same a few months back when i had ulead installed then un-installed it sd reader went the same as yours. now i use photoshop and that opens the card for me.
the removing of ulead caused untold trouble with my sd card :(
