My c drive is dropping memory and even when i get rid of stuff it wont help. i got an acer extensa 5620z. i havent made restore point.what should i do.i haved scaned it but its ok. should i format the c drive?? or should i just restore factory settings????????? i dont see a restore point on it.HELP
