    Hi,
    please can give me the solution for my mouse. its very annoying bez the pointer is jumping like a hell. but touchpad is working fine. any idea??? thnx in advance.

    You should be able to control the motion under mouse in control panel.

    What are you using it on?? Sometimes the mice don't really work well on certain surfaces. I can't use mine on my desk without a mousepad, or it jumps around alot. I guess it's the wood grains or something.
