    wow the 3 cell battery lasts like 2 and a half hours.. not amazed. where's my extra hour?
    and it lags when i type here!
    and hulu standard definition videos are okay when they are playing, but when i maximize it, the video lags just a tiny bit.
    hulu high def videos are laggy even when they are not maximized.
    hmmm this is my second netbook since the eee 900.... i feel the eee900 was faster somehow...
    or maybe i was just amazed at netbooks back then.

    anyway, is the 5200 mah 6 cell battery the best battery available for this machine? is it safe to buy from ebay?

    Full-screen and hi-def flash is going to be choppy as flash relies on the processor (Atom = slow) rather than the GPU. You can potentially try upgrading to the most recent flash beta, which utilizes the GPU.

    The 6-cell battery I bought from ebay works as well as the OEM Acer battery, but YMMV. IIRC, it was about $30 delivered.
