    hi folks,
    new here with a new laptop and I already have problems!
    I picked up a new acer extensa 5620-4025 from cc last week and tried to make back-up dvd but I get an error code #9004
    description:fail to enumerate file list in odd? what the heck is this?
    I have tried to run it 3 times and get the same response.
    what to do?

    also problem #2 if I go to control panel and click on mouse I get a blank square that says "mouse properties [not respounding]" if I try to close it out it says " windows shell common dll is not responding" end program now or wait for program to respond.
    what to do?

    do a clean install Alt+F10at acer screen.
    then try burning disks
    sounds like you have old mouse drivers, sorry synaptics drivers.
