Today I saw an advert promoting the quad core with the Acer Aspire 6935.

I was wondering whether the 6935 can support a quad core processor?
And also why is the price of the Acer 6920 more expensive than its newer brother, the 6935?
the price is happening in malaysia

    please clarify
    thankyou

I doubt it can support quad core, but where did you see the ad? That will be very interesting. The mobile quad core AFAIK they have different power requirements (almost double) and different socket. In the Acer uk site they don't mention any version of 6935 with quad core CPU. The Acer 6920 can be more expensive depending on the specifications but also have in mind that there are different design. When the 6920 (blue gemstone series) came out, to replace the 5920 essentialy, it was really expensive, just purely do the new design. So if we cannot compare the specs, there is no point discussing why it's more expensive.
