does nhc conflict with empowering? i tried to install nhc and it crashed on me... got the blue screen and when i turned it back on nhc wasn't installed and it ran fine. I just got my 5672 and i've been loading it up with all my software. I've been blue screening all day and i think it's the NHC. Anybody have any experience with this?

thanx! i need help... asap =) I want to avoid having to reformat it again...

Try uninstalling all power management utilities installed by Acer and also remove NHC. Restart your computer and reinstall NHC and see if that works.

I use NHC as well as acer's software. NHC + Acer's works well (NHC just trumps the cpu stepping).

NHC is great, it shows your hdd + cpu temp so ;) I just wish that it controlled the fans on my 5672 as well.
