It is possible, it just might take a while and a little patience. First I have no idea how to overclock an AMD processor so you would have to get the info and guide from someone other than me. On the GPU, there are a few little application or programs you can use to overclock it. ntune and rivatuner are the big ones, and there are a couple of others that I cant remember the names of right at the moment. On any of the overclocking programs you need to find a GPU driver, witch I would recommend you get a laptopvideo2go.com, that shows the correct stock frequencies of your GPU at the beginning or it won't work. This might take a while to find one, but you will find one eventually. That is all the info I've got, just look around for a tutorial or guide on this site, or google it and you should be just fine. Good lock and happy overclocking ;)

Hi, unfortunatly I dont have 7520g but i can direct you to the thread on laptopvideo2go:" http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=20342 ". In this topic is given the way how to overclock with Nvdia Ntune, laptops with integrated nvidia graphic card based on chipset nForce. But the interesting part is that with this method you can probably overclock your AMD cpu under condition of course that your motherboard chipset is made by nvidia. You can check, if your laptop is based on NVidia chipset, using CPU-Z. Im almost sure that is based on nvidia nForce chipset. In this guide FSB was changed from 200 to 250, but that doesent mean that you automatically will be able to reach that value: someone post reaching only 230Mhz. This method probably will not work for overclocking your card beacouse its dedicated video card, if it will be work thats good for you. If not there is on laptopvideo2go another topic, I think couple line under this about using NTune, about overclocking 8600m gs. If this will work for you thats great. I will just remind you about watching temperature because what i heard amd mobile processors can be hot. And of course if you will succeed post your results.

Overclocking cpu on your laptop can be done. On russian overclockers forum I find someone who overclock his 7520g from 200Mhz stock to 250Mhz using NTune, but wasnt mentioned how exactly he did that. And another person with 5520g, which is basically that same laptop in 15" case, who reach 2,38Ghz on stock voltage 1.1v and 2.5Ghz after increasing vcore to 1.15v. 23754.gif
