    Just take a look there

    Link

The linked version of AMD GPU Clock Tool is able to overclock the GPU. No newer version is needed.

So whats a reasonable overclock go upto for the 5650? do i just leave the voltage alone? when the laptop restarts its going to be back to normal clocks right? what if i set the clock speeds and it switches to the integrated card?

Keep it plugged in or set the bios to discrete only. Each GPU has its own capabilities. You have to set and test, set and test ... it's a bit tedious but the best way to get an optimal OC.

The main advantage of it is that you can click a button and it will start up with windows.
