    Hello to all,..
sorry for my english (it not my native language).

for some time the paint in the inner side of the laptop (the "Cilver" around the keyboard) started to fall:

at first it was black dots around the keyboard and touchpad and now i have small rectangular shaped area with full of missing paint (small dots).

the shape and place of the missing paint make my thing that it was couse of the Windows Vista logo sticked to my screen (i don't how it is called in english it a paper with glue on the on the back side of it)

did anyone heared about this kind of behabior.

when i connected the loacl Acer agent the answar was "It's aint my problem ... "
i don't know even what to do:

The fading/discoloration/blemishing of the plam rest("cliver" around the keyboard) is normal wear and tear. It is because you put your wrist/hands on it and the sweat/oils degrade the paint. Most "plastic" laptops palm rest have this issue(some are worse then others).

I dont think Acer can do anything about this but you could try contacting someone higher up(the reps manager or that manager's manager) and complain.

Isn't there available somewhere a special 'repair' paint to 'fix' this normal issue?

It would be a nice item to buy.
