i've searched the aspire 2020 user manual, net and these forums, but haven't discovered:

is there a way to lock the arcade buttons on the front of recent aspire models?

if not, wouldn't this mean that arcade could be launched while the notebook is off and in travel (in a bag, etc.)? should i not be concerned about this? i would really appreciate feedback from current owners. thx

If there's no way to disable the buttons (temporarily), then you may want to try pulling the battery out when in the bag. This should keep the feature from accidently activating.
