Temperature of what exactly- CPU, GPU?
Clean the vents using gas duster (canned air).
If this doesn't help much (or at all) there are two options- new thermal paste or RMA if overheating is causing problems.
In addition to new thermal paste (but not instead of it) you may want to consider a notebook cooler.

90 is no big deal for an i5 CPU, they don't thermally throttle until 105, although the linux kernel throttles at 95C by itself. And anything under 95C is ok for the GPU, but lower is of course better. My 4820TG's i5 gets to 101 peak when gaming or encoding mp4 video, and my GPU gets to 83C or so when playing Crysis2, and it never throttles and never has a problem with it.

Are you having any actual problems with it? What's your idle CPU temp?

tabuki 2000 - I don't see anything wrong the temperatures you just posted for normal usage. These are very low temperatures for a laptop.

I initially thought you were talking about 90+ Celcius and not 90+ Fahrenheit temperatures.

90 degrees Celsius = 194 degrees Fahrenheit is considered hot, but is normal for the Core i5 on the TimelineX laptops during intensive gaming.

Your normal usage of 39 degrees Celsius = 102 degrees Fahrenheit is considered extremely cold in comparison.

Photo Below: Temperatures you would normally see with some gaming:
(Will be much higher in more graphic intense games.)

90C is not unusual under heavy load from an I5. They run a bit hot to begin with. The Max Temp is 105 and the CPU does not usually even begin to heat throttle until you are over 100C. If you are concerned about the temps, you can get a notebook cooler which some 4820TG owners have gotten. You could also try another application of thermal paste but your idle temps look ideal.

^ Like what Bronsky, Sxooter, and I said. 90C+ is normal for the Core i5 on the TimelineX laptops especially in games like Call of Duty: Black Ops.
