    problem with my graphic card

    hey guys i have acer 1810tz the problem is when im playing h.264 coded videos in fullscreen mode i have some strange line in the middle of the screen not always just sometimes specialy when there is movening in the video its like the video been divided into to pieces and then tried to put next to each other so it would be one picture,

    in original size it works normal i tried all media players you can find and it still there i guess something is wrong with my graphic card

    gpu driver are the latest from acer

    what to do?

    Turn V-sync on, have a look through the control panel for your graphics card, there's normally a force V-sync on for whatever program your using. Issue is called 'tearing' incase you want to research it, basically rendered frames not being sync'd with the refresh rate of your monitor/screen.

    btw i noticed one more thing , i get this terings when i put 1810tray to high performance mode

    good update from my self:

    first i installed the shark007 codec and played h.264 by wmp12, still tearing mostly in fullscreen mode on my flat tv

    then i changed the screen refresh rate for hdmi output from 50hz to 60hz and it seams like it did it! im watching fight club 720p now =D

    update 2 if aero in win7 enabled then i have no tearings if aero disabled then i get this tearing strange right?
