brand new, great bit of kit but I get the Black Screen crash every time I try to use You Tube. I have all the latest drivers but am running 64 bit win 7. Help please.
PS if the solution is to disable the hardware accel in flash then I do not know how to do that.... sorry a bit thick

I have the exact same laptop as you and I have no trouble with YouTube. Go to the Acer site and make sure you have the proper drivers loaded. That is about the only solution I can think of as I have the exact same laptop including Windows 7 HP X64.

Are you using IE 64 bit? You should have IE 32 and IE 64 bit installed. I use IE32 bit ONLY to access the internet bacause flash doesn't work in 64 bit IE. That may be your problem and Youtube may be using flash. I guess they do have a 64 bit version available now. I would make sure you have the 64 bit version of flash or just use the 32 bit IE.
