    click START,, PROGRAMS,, LAUNCHMANAGER..

a window should open allowing you to change the program or web address called up by the quick launch button..

i have no clue about ther "p" button.... never heard of that one!

    thanks guys,
I think I have it figured out now.
I knew I could get to launch manager by pushing the "p" button but in the manual it said the "p" button could be user programed to launch other programs. I just didn't know HOW to program the buttons, same with the mail program. the mail button came programed to launch microsoft office 2007 which is a trial program and I wanted to use windows mail instead.
I now have the mail button launching windows mail and the "p" button launching word pad.
