im running an acer aspire 3630 and until my pc was wiped clean yesterday had no problem running my epson projector with laptop by pressing fn and f5 keys together, i now find that i cannot toggle between different options (as i could previously) by repeatedly pressing the above keys - until i re-booted my pc all i could get was 'no signal' from the projector, after re-booting i can get images on my laptop and from the projector but cant change these options - im running xp home with office 2003
    any suggestions welcome
    many thanks

Make sure that you installed all the drivers, especially any hot-key utilities.
