You will get access to nothing this way, you may dismantle the whole laptop to reach the cpu...

You must dismantle everything, take out keyboard, hd, screen, drive, wifi module, the panel with start button, then open the back, then the front, then disconnect evetything on mb, then take out mb, return it and unscrew the heatsink... I mus forget somethings. The pb is you will break the pads beetween vga-chipset and heatsink and it's not easy to find some replacement parts due to the big space they fill. Also if you change thermal paste of the cpu for a better one, your fan won't start often and you will notice a big temp increase of your vga (63°C idle for mine), I mean the same heatsink/fan cools down cpu-chipset-vga, the fan is only controlled by cpu temp. So do it if you really know what you're doing, and be sure it's not so easy to open this notebook softly and safely. Also forget your warranty doing this.
