hi, I know this will sound stupid, but well, I lost my trashbin.
I own an aspire 5520G and my trashbin dissapeared from my desktop. now I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find it?
I tried 'find' and typed the word in english (trash) and Dutch (prullenbak) but it doesn't appear...
    hope someone can help

I believe it should be Recycle Bin in English.

Try Right-Clicking your desktop, select "Properties" then select the "Desktop" tab and at the bottom you should see "Customise Desktop", click that button. In there it has the default icons and you can choose which ones to display.

I think the above route is for Win XP, if you have Vista, it is slightly different. Right click > Personalize > On the left column top press Change Desktop Icons and there you can tick the Recycle bin or trash bin

Yup, mine was for XP, thanks for the Vista one, wasn't sure if it was different.
