    It's my first time at a forum. I have a problem with my acer aspire 9413ZWSMI
    The cd/dvd writer tsstcorp cd/dvdw ts-l632d ata device don't write to the medium. I use shampoo en nti. Booth say that they have burned the cd or dvd but when i try to play is it's blanco. What have i to to fixe the problem??

    Try: Take some rubbing alcohol and a q-tip and gently clean the ODD lens.
