    uneven speakers

    has anyone noticed that their left speaker seems to have more treble than the right one? it makes the sound uneven... anybody have this problem?

    I doubt many will even use the speaks, cos most really...really...really...suck..

    You can prolly get it fixed within warranty but is it worth it? [:0]

    its not that noticeable.. but if u pay attention.. it seems like one side has more treble than the other..

    No problems here, the sound seems pretty balanced. Keep in mind that even though Acer lists the Aspire 1680 series as having mono speakers that is not the case. The laptop does have stereo speakers.

    Now that I use my SB Audigy 2 PCM card when I listen to music, the laptop speakers aren't even an issue.
