Looking at your first list, you should be able to uninstall most of that from the "Add/Remove" function in Control Panel.
I don't know about uninstalling Media Player. Maybe just disable it in Startup menu?
I think you're stuck with Internet Explorer. Not sure, but if you try to get rid of that you'll probly just break the PC.
Use Foxit Reader instead of Adobe. Foxit is much faster and uses a lot less space.

There are hundreds of posts in this forum regarding the Acer fluffware. I don't know enuf about it to give you a definitive answer, but others have removed all of it.
It's annoying how Acer has stuck their fingers into so many corners of the Windows OS. I took a look at Windows Mobility Center yesterday. WMC is a Microsoft function, but when you go into it there are Acer stickers all over the place.

yeah your right acers giving me a lot of headakes.

when i checked at services i saw mobility center, but it didn;t say if it was from acer or microsoft .its said unknown.

well i dont said that i want to uninstall media player. i only like to uninstall acers components. or uncheck them

but i saw at control panel at programs.

a software of acer called acer tour it was like 147mb on my hardisk

i just like to know what it does this software ,so i can uninstall it or acer lauch what does it do. because i was thinking only to keep acer erecovery and acer empower. because if i got problems with my pc i just restore it again with acer recovery.

and acer vcm what does it mean or do i need it?

because i cant find infomation on acer website

do you maybe what acer vcm ,acer grid, acer tour, acer lauch does
becaus windows vista already have programs for like battery menu ,wifi connection so i was thinking why do i need it?

I use only eNet and ePower -- I find them more usefull than windows/intel version. Too bad framework must be installed to use them :/

do you also use acer acade delux for playing movies?

because i uninstalled acer edata, esettings, acer tour and acer epresentation.

and when i press the the button (at the keyboard its the button on the right like a picture of doll if you press it,acer acade delux will be started . for looking movies only.but since i uninstall some acer components

i will get a message in black screen its says restart with ctrl+alt+delete

so i did that and then windows vista is beginning to start.

but i dont want to start windows vista, i would like to use acer acade delux

from the keyboard to watch movies

do you understand what i am saying?

and is windows media center the same software like acer acade delux ?

    can you please help me

I did a clean install and removed everything Acer with windows Vista only. But you need to go to Acer web site and download drivers for the stuff you actually need. There are many posts on here describing it in detail.
