    Hi Guys,

I owned acer aspire 5745G laptop(i5-430m,1GB nvidia 330m,500HDD,4GB DDR3 RAM,15.6" screen) about a month ago, screen resolution of my laptop is 1366x768, can I replace this screen with full HD(1920x1080) screen? and one thing more, can I replace my existing DVD combo drive with Bly-Ray combo drive? If this is possible what will be the cost for such replacements?

    thanks in advance,
    nj

It's not offered by Acer with a full HD display which suggests it can't use dual LVDS- that means most likely single LVDS which means resolution not higher than 1400x900 (which is kind of pointless as an upgrade from 1366x768)
As for the Bly-ray you can upgrade to one look on e-bay to see how much would it cost.
