Is it possible to upgrade my Acer 5920G to Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 or Intel Core 2 Duo T9500?
Do I need a Bios Update? and which bios?
Also how great is the performance difference between T8100 and T9500?
Is it worth the price difference (about $100)

The reason I'm doing this is because my 5920G is a best buy model so its running on T5450.
Also would the upgrading guide for Aspire 5315 help me in this case?

    ONLY PENRYNS T9500 and lower.....

for $100 difference the T9500 might be the way to go....
but the T9300 or even the T8300 should satisfy your CPU needs

despite FSB and memory being at different speeds, there should be no problems since that's the way intel designed the i965 chipset
